Recruitment Procedures

We follow a very stringent recruitment procedure so that as a company you get the best of the candidate and as a candidate you are sure that you do not face unnecessary problem in a foreign land. We carefully match the candidates with the right jobs and companies to make a perfect fit.
Employers Part
Demand Letter
The employer will issue a demand letter in favour of Mahfooz International stating the job categories , number of workers required in each category , monthly salary , duration of contract and other amenities for workers such as food , medical , transport , air passage , accommodation etc.

Letter of Authority
The employer / principal will issue a letter of authority in favour of Mahfooz International addressed to the Consulate General of the concerned Embassy in India , informing him that M/s. Mahfooz International is their Authorized Manpower recruiting agent fully authorised to deal with all matters relating to the recruitment issues.

Agreement of Employment
This is a standard employment contract between employer and employee.

Agents Parts
We at Mahfooz International always prefer selection of applicant either by oral or practical test to be conducted by the employer.

Medical Checkup
After final selection we send the candidates for medical check to the authorised medical center.

Application for visa
For selected candidates , we will provide every necessary documents (i.e) Medical, Photograph, Passport details Etc required by the employer.

Ticketing and Emigration
The employer may remit necessary travelling expenses in favour of Mahfooz International to facilitate travelling.

Orientation before departure
Mahfooz International provides basic orientation to workers before travelling abroad.
